(a)(Deleted by amendment.) (b) No changes in the rules and regulations shall go into effect from May 1 to September 30 of any year unless the Boat Regulation Commission shall find a need for the adoption of emergency rules and regulations pursuant to subsection (c) of section 4 of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-4(c).
(c)(Deleted by amendment.) L.1962, c. 73, s. 15, eff. June 11, 1962. Amended by L.1980, c. 97, s. 8, eff. July 1, 1981.
