§ 12:4-14 — Disposition of fines

New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION

All fines collected by the commissioners of pilotage under this article shall constitute a fund in the hands of the commissioners to pay the necessary expenses of carrying the same into effect.
