Text
Upon making entry and taking possession of any lands described in any such lease, the board shall execute its certificate certifying to the re-entry and repossession and describing the lands re-entered and repossessed. The certificate shall be executed and acknowledged as deeds are required to be acknowledged, and shall be recorded in the records of the county wherein such lands are located as deeds are required to be recorded. The same fee shall be paid for recording the certificate as is required for recording deeds.
