§ 12:3-11 — Waters excluded

New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION

Section 12:3-10 of this title shall not interfere with sections 12:3-2 to 12:3-9 of this title as to the waters of the Hudson river, New York bay or Kill von Kull, easterly of Enyard's dock.
