§ 12:3-44 — Who entitled to confirmatory lease or grant

New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
Any person owning riparian lands shall be deemed to be entitled to the benefits of sections 12:3-38 to 12:3-43 of this title.
