Text

Whenever a state board or agency has been or may hereafter be authorized or directed by any law of this state to build a bridge or other structure, or to alter or change any existing bridge or other structure on or over any lands of this state flowed by the tidal waters thereof, such board or agency, before proceeding with the work, shall first submit to and obtain the approval of such plans or work by and from the board of commerce and navigation. This section shall not be taken to be or have been repealed by any act passed subsequent to April first, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, authorizing the building of bridges or structures, or the alteration or changing of existing bridges or other structures by any state board or agency as aforesaid unless such subsequent act authoriz
