§ 12:1-1 — "Board" , "department" and "director" defined
New Jersey·Title 12 COMMERCE AND NAVIGATION
As used in this title: a. "Board" means the board of commerce and navigation.
b."Department" means the department of commerce and navigation.
c."Director" means the director of commerce and navigation.
