Text
The use and occupation of any lands so acquired, together with all the improvements thereon, may be leased or granted by the board to any person, upon such terms and covenants and for such periods of time not exceeding sixty years, as may be required and directed by the board. The grant or lease of riparian lands shall be permitted only in conjunction with the grant or lease of the adjacent lands under tidewater and only to the same party or parties and for the same period of time.
