11A:6-9. Leaves of absence for police officers and fire fighters. Leaves of absence for police officer and fire fighter titles shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Title 40A of the New Jersey Statutes and N.J.S. 11A:6-10. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:6-9, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
