§ 11A:6-18 — Supplemental compensation; deferred retirement

11A:6-18. Supplemental compensation; deferred retirement. A State employee who elects deferred retirement shall not be eligible for the supplemental compensation provided under this chapter. L. 1986, c. 112, s. 11A:6-18, eff. Sept. 25, 1986.
