11A:6-31. Powers and duties of the committee. The committee shall: a. Adopt rules for the implementation of the awards programs, subject to the approval of the commission; b. Request and receive assistance from any department in State government; c. Prepare an annual report to the Governor from the commission concerning the operation of the awards program; and d. Establish and supervise the awards committees in the departments in State government. Amended 2008, c.29, s.62.
