11A:6-25. State training programs. The State Treasurer may establish and shall review and approve training and education programs for State employees in the career, senior executive and unclassified services and shall supervise a State training center with appropriate courses and fee schedules. Particular training may be required by the State Treasurer for certain employees, for which an assessment to State departments may be imposed. Amended 2008, c.29, s.57.
