11A:3-6. Public hearing required when moving title from career to unclassified service. Whenever the Civil Service Commission considers moving a title from the career service to the unclassified service, the Civil Service Commission shall first hold a public hearing before reaching a determination. Amended 2008, c.29, s.25.
