§ 10:5-42 — Penalties
New Jersey·Title 10 CIVIL RIGHTS
Any person who violates this law or the provisions of a public works contract guaranteeing an equal employment opportunity to veterans shall be subject to any penalties allowable under law. L.1983, c. 197, s. 4, eff. May 27, 1983.
