§ 10:5-30 — Administration and enforcement
New Jersey·Title 10 CIVIL RIGHTS
The provisions of this act shall be administered and enforced by the Division of Civil Rights in the Department of Law and Public Safety pursuant to the authority vested in it by the Law Against Discrimination (C. 10:5-1 et seq.). L.1971, c. 130, s. 2, eff. May 6, 1971.
