§ 99-D:3 — Insurance
New Hampshire·Title VI PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES·Ch. 99-D DEFENSE AND INDEMNIFICATION OF STATE OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES
The state, or any department or agency thereof, shall self-insure against all such damages, losses, and expenses except to the extent that insurance coverage is obtained under the authority of RSA 9:27.
