§ 7:33-f — Assistant County Attorneys Permitted

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 7 ATTORNEYS GENERAL, DIRECTOR OF CHARITABLE TRUSTS, AND COUNTY ATTORNEYS·Subdivision County Attorneys
The county attorney, subject to the approval of the attorney general and the applicable county commissioners, may appoint assistant county attorneys within the limits of the appropriation made for the appointment of assistants. Assistant county attorneys shall serve at the pleasure of the county attorney.
