Text

In the event of a tie vote between the 2 members of the housing appeals board, a third, temporary voting member shall be selected from among the sitting members of the board of tax and land appeals, who shall cast the deciding vote on the matter. The selection shall be made in rotation among available members of the board of tax and land appeals.
