§ 670:10 — Tie Votes
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 670 VILLAGE DISTRICT ELECTIONS·Subdivision Post-Election Procedure
If the 2 candidates having the highest number of votes for a village district office shall have an equal number, the successful candidate shall be chosen in the same manner as is provided for resolving tie votes under RSA 669:36 or 60.
