Text
Where a vacancy as described in this chapter is to be filled by a special state general election, nominations shall be made in accordance with RSA 655:81 and 655:82. The general election shall be conducted in as nearly as practicable the same manner as are regular state general elections except that the deadline for requesting a recount pursuant to RSA 660:1 shall be 2 days following the day of the election.
