§ 660:21 — Evidence
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 660 POST-ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Contested Elections to General Court
But for good cause shown, neither party shall be entitled to have any evidence considered before the committee conducting the hearing which is not in readiness to be submitted before the third Wednesday of the first session of the general court.
