§ 660:19 — Petition
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 660 POST-ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Contested Elections to General Court
In a contested election case, neither party shall be entitled to a hearing before the general court unless their remonstrance or petition shall be presented to the clerk of the senate or house before the second Wednesday of the first session thereof.
