§ 658:7-a — Qualifications
New Hampshire·Title LXIII ELECTIONS·Ch. 658 PRE-ELECTION PROCEDURE·Subdivision Assistant Election Officials
An assistant election official appointed as provided in RSA 658:7 shall be at least 17 years of age as of the date on which such official initiates performance of the duties of office.
