Text

Any person authorized in RSA 657:19-a to use the federal official post card form may request and receive an absentee voter registration application by downloading the application from the secretary of state's website, or request that the form be mailed by submitting an electronic request via the e-mail address designated on the website. The secretary shall send the requested application by mail or electronically in accordance with the voter's choice.
