§ 655:19-a — Filing Fee for Presidential Candidates Who File Nomination Papers

At the time of filing declarations of intent, each candidate for president who seeks nomination by nomination papers shall pay to the secretary of state a single fee of $250 for himself and his vice-presidential candidate.
