New Hampshire Statutes
§ 624:11 — Effect of Conflicting Provisions
In case of the inclusion in the Revised Statutes Annotated of conflicting provisions carried forward from previous enactments, that provision shall prevail which was the last expression of the will of the general court, and the earlier conflicting provision shall be deemed to have been repealed by implication.
