New Hampshire·Title LX CORRECTION AND PUNISHMENT·Ch. 623-A APPROVED ABSENCES FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE PRISONS
Prior to commencement of an approved absence, the inmate shall be required to execute a waiver of extradition.
