§ 601:6-a — Joining Charges
New Hampshire·Title LIX PROCEEDINGS IN CRIMINAL CASES·Ch. 601 INDICTMENTS, INFORMATIONS, AND COMPLAINTS
The crime of murder shall not be charged in the same indictment with the offense of concealing the death of a newborn child.
