§ 6:12-g — Annual Reporting Requirement for Certain Dedicated Funds

New Hampshire·Title I THE STATE AND ITS GOVERNMENT·Ch. 6 STATE TREASURER AND STATE ACCOUNTS·Subdivision State Treasurer

Beginning October 1, 2009, and each October 1 thereafter, the commissioner of the department of safety shall provide an annual report relative to the utilization of funds deposited in the dedicated accounts identified in this section. The report shall be filed with the governor, the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the chairpersons of the standing committees of the house and senate responsible for criminal justice, ways and means, transportation, and finance issues. The commissioner shall file an annual report that includes the information specified for the following: I. The New Hampshire nuclear planning and response fund, established in RSA 107-B:5 and identified in RSA 6:12, I(b)(4), the report for which shall include:
