New Hampshire Statutes
§ 595-B:8 — Refusal to Permit Authorized Inspection
Any person who knowingly refuses to permit an inspection, testing or sampling lawfully authorized by a warrant issued pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
