§ 566:8 — Donee May Disclaim

New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 566 POWERS OF APPOINTMENT
A donee of a power of appointment may disclaim the same at any time, wholly or in part, in the same manner and to the same extent as he might release it.
