Text

Every resident trustee who removes from the state or who goes out of the state with the intention of being absent more than a year, and every resident of another state who is appointed trustee within this state, shall forthwith appoint some person residing in this state as his agent, to receive notice of claims against the estate and service of process against him as trustee. The appointment shall be in writing, and shall state the full name and post office address of the agent, and shall be filed in the office of the clerk.
