§ 563-D:8 — Capacity of Transferor
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 563-D UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON DEATH ACT
The capacity required to make or revoke a transfer on death deed is the same as the capacity required to make a will, as such standard is articulated in RSA 551:1.
