§ 563-D:10 — Notice, Delivery, Acceptance, Consideration Not Required
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 563-D UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON DEATH ACT
A transfer on death deed is effective without:
I.Notice or delivery to or acceptance by the designated beneficiary during the transferor's life; or
II.Consideration.
