§ 563-D:3 — Applicability
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 563-D UNIFORM REAL PROPERTY TRANSFER ON DEATH ACT
This chapter applies to a transfer on death deed made on or after the effective date of this chapter by a transferor dying on or after the effective date of this chapter.
