§ 560:21 — Liability
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 560 RIGHTS OF SURVIVING SPOUSE·Subdivision Miscellaneous Provisions
An employer making payment in accordance with RSA 560:20 shall not be liable for the sum so paid to the estate of the deceased employee.
