§ 559:9 — Manner of Sale
Such sale may be made either at auction or private sale as is deemed most beneficial to the estate, and the license issued by the judge shall designate the manner in which the sale is to be made, or may authorize the administrator to sell in either mode he deems to be for the best interest of the estate.
