Text
Any administrator, purchaser, or person interested may petition the judge to perpetuate the evidence of any facts set forth in a petition relative to any proceeding connected with administration, and the judge, after due notice, may decree that all or any of the facts are proved, and such decree shall be conclusive evidence of those facts.
