§ 559:8 — Bond from Administrator

New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 559 LICENSE TO SELL REAL ESTATE
The judge, either before or after a license to sell real estate is granted, may require from the administrator a bond, with sufficient sureties, to account for the proceeds of the sale in such manner as the judge shall order.
