§ 559:4 — Wood and Timber
The judge may grant license to the administrator to sell the timber or wood growing or standing on any real estate of the deceased, whenever the sale thereof, separate from the real estate, will be beneficial to the persons interested; and such timber or wood shall be deemed real estate.
