§ 556:4 — No Exhibition Required, When
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 556 SUITS BY AND AGAINST ADMINISTRATORS
If the estate has been represented insolvent within said six months no such exhibition shall be necessary to entitle the creditor to have the demand allowed by the commissioner.
