§ 556:18 — Appeals
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 556 SUITS BY AND AGAINST ADMINISTRATORS
Any appeal to which the deceased was entitled, or which might be prosecuted against him at the time of his decease, may be begun or prosecuted by or against his administrator.
