Text
If no administration shall have been granted upon the estate of a deceased person within two years from the date of death, no creditor of the deceased shall thereafter be entitled to maintain any action or proceeding in any court to appropriate the real estate or interests therein of which the deceased died seized, to the payment or satisfaction in whole or in part of his claim against the estate.
