§ 554:11 — Debts Due Estate
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 554 INVENTORY, ACCOUNTS, AND DEALING WITH ASSETS
All debts due to the estate, which by due diligence might have been collected, shall be accounted for in money.
