§ 548:24 — Counsel Acting As
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 548 REGISTERS OF PROBATE·Subdivision Prohibited Acts, Etc.
The register shall not act as counsel or advocate in any proceeding in, or to be brought into, the probate court of which the register was elected, nor receive any fee for such service.
