§ 548:1 — Residence, Etc

New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 548 REGISTERS OF PROBATE
The register of probate shall dwell in the county in which the probate records are required to be kept. If a register shall dwell in any other county and continue so dwelling for 30 consecutive days, the office shall be deemed vacant.
