§ 547:27-a — Docket and Index
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547 JUDGES OF PROBATE AND THEIR JURISDICTION·Subdivision Miscellaneous Provisions
The probate court shall keep a docket of all cases and matters, and an index thereto which shall be open to public inspection at all reasonable times.
