§ 547-C:7 — Additional Notice
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547-C PARTITION OF REAL ESTATE·Subdivision Disputed Partition
If any petitioner is absent at the time of the service of the petition, and has not returned, and does not appear at the sitting of the court at which the petition is entered, it may be continued and further notice ordered.
