§ 547-C:18 — Failure to Enter, Etc
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547-C PARTITION OF REAL ESTATE·Subdivision Disputed Partition
If the petitioner fails to enter or prosecute his or her petition, costs shall be awarded in favor of all the petitionees upon whom service was made.
