§ 547-C:5 — Notice
New Hampshire·Title LVI PROBATE COURTS AND DECEDENTS' ESTATES·Ch. 547-C PARTITION OF REAL ESTATE·Subdivision Disputed Partition
The petitioner shall give notice to all persons interested in the property, by causing the petition and order of notice thereon to be served on each in the same manner that writs of summons are required to be served.
